The kettlebell trains your body as one whole unit unlike other pieces of equipment which work specific muscles in isolation. In everyday life the body rarely works in isolation movements which makes KB training truly functional and therefore more effective.
And because the weight is off center, your stabilizers and core have to work a lot harder to perform quality movement - always a plus.
The KB allows you to be creative. To explore and get to know your own body. Not to mention that you burn the same amount of calories as steady state cardio in much less time and while having more fun!
During the quarantine I've only had access to this 25lb kettlebell and a few other light weights. Not only did I not lost strength but I was able to make PROGRESS. Building strength, burning fat, and having an ‘effing blast!
