🧐 DO YOU REALLY WANT A 6 PACK? 🧐

Everyone likes the idea of walking around with washboard abs that pop. So...no bull shit, what does it REALLY take to achieve this, and how important is it to you really?


The reality is that achieving this level of leanness comes with trade-offs. There's simply no way around it. And the more advanced physique you want the more trade offs there are.


Results DON'T continue endlessly - there’s always plateaus. Doing X,Y,and Z habits will get you to a certain level of leanness. Once you reach that level, if you want to progress further you’ll have to progress your approach accordingly, which means more trade-offs.



It's important to remember that there are trade-offs either way. Being overweight has trade-offs too. Including low energy, risk of disease, lack of confidence, lack of motivation, etc. You get to decide what things you value the most.


So here's what it takes. INCREASE these habits…


😴 Sleep AT LEAST 8 hours a night

🥩 Quality protein at EVERY meal


🥬 Quality veggies at EVERY meal


🍚 Quality carbs for some meals


🏋🏻‍♀️ VIGOROUS exercise 60-75 minutes, 5-6 days a week


And LIMIT…


🍔 Desserts and processed foods to 1-2 servings per week


🍺 Caloric beverages to 1-2 servings (or possibly less) per week


😣 STRESS in your life. Stress and inflammation causes the body to hold onto fat stores.



If it sounds like a lot, it's because it is! It takes a strong commitment for a long period of time and usually requires coaching to help you stay consistent with your habits and honestly to most people it's simply not worth it. AND THAT'S OK! Not everyone wants/needs to have abs. For me personally it fluctuates - at the moment I DONT got em 😂 and guess what...the sun still comes up every morning!


Most people just want to look pretty good, have more energy, and be healthy. Achieving THAT goal is much more manageable and sustainable. But the path and habits are the same no matter what level of health you’re looking to achieve.


The further you push these foundational habits the further you’ll progress. SO decide what YOU want to make you HAPPY and now you have the knowledge to get started working towards it 😊♥️
