👉🏼Clearly defined - something specific that you can measure in some kind of metric. Pant sizes, mile times, weight on the bar, number of unbroken pull-ups, etc.


👉🏼Trackable - Is there a specific way for us to check every week and see if we’re on the right track or if we need to adjust something?


👉🏼Clear timeline - When do we want to achieve this goal? Having an end date helps us define how much progress we need to be making each day + week + month.
